Jerusha Aman - Dance InstructorJerusha Aman is a recent graduate of Boston University with a BS in communication/public relations, and a minor in dance. She began her training at JG Dance Arts Center in Hyde Park, NY where she studied ballet, tap, jazz and musical theater. Since moving to Boston, she has performed and choreographed with BU’s Dance Theatre Group, served as the Assistant Choreographer for Speakeasy’s production of The Drowsy Chaperone, and worked with REACH, BU’s summer dance outreach program. In addition to teaching at School for the Arts, Jerusha teaches dance and creative movement classes for Urbanity Dance and the Cambridge Performance Project. |

Melanie Carbonneau - Intro to Music for Pre-K
Melanie Carbonneau is a master's level music therapist and musician. She studied vocal performance at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, New York and received her masters from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Post graduation, Melanie has focused her work on early childhood development and teaching interpersonal skills to young children through music. She runs music groups across the greater Boston area teaching children music and peaceful behaviors. She currently resides in Somerville along with her husband and two dogs. |
