The last part of Romans feels a little like wrapping up loose ends and saying goodbye in the letter. But it is much more than that. The last chapter and a half of this Manifesto of Freedom is where we get a portrait of a leader like Paul's heart, hope, and relationships when transformed by the gospel of Jesus.
