WHAT ARE WE HOPING TO ACHIEVE
Matt and Jean host this group at their home in Roxbury, just a short walk from the Roxbury Crossing Orange Line stop, with plenty of street parking nearby. We love creating a space where people can feel at home—whether you’re curious about faith, skeptical of Christianity, or have been following Jesus for years. This group is a mix of different stories and backgrounds, and we’re not afraid of tough questions. Wherever you’re at, you’re welcome here.

Matt & Jean love to invite people over their house to break bread and laugh together. They love to travel the world just for good views and good eats. On their days of rest, they are often hammocking( is that a word?) around Boston, playing pickleball, or watching a good show.

THE GROUP GOAL
We believe community is essential to following Jesus. It is also a cornerstone of our faith journey. Just as Jesus surrounded himself with a community of disciples and followers, we too recognize the transformative power of coming together as a congregation to uplift, support, and encourage one another in our walk of faith.
Through community groups, we create spaces where we can collectively grow spiritually and emulate the love and compassion exemplified by Jesus. Reunion Christian Church is a place where you can connect, belong, and deepen your spiritual connection while building lasting relationships.
