Year End Giving

December 16, 2022

As we approach the end of the year, we reflect on the ways God has been faithful to our church community.  After eighteen straight months of not being able to meet, we are thankful for the opportunity to gather again this year.  We made the difficult decision to consolidate to two locations and began the hard work of rebuilding our community.

Despite the challenges, God continues to use our church to help people find their way back to God. We invested in our community groups this year and we are excited that we have grown in number of groups and participants. We started our very first Alpha group where people could ask the hard questions about life, spirituality, and the person of Jesus without judgment or pressure. Both our Metro and North locations have welcomed new people to our community this year and we are excited to see them get connected and grow in faith.

The generosity of our community has allowed the church to live out God’s mission. This Advent season, we ask that you consider the following opportunities to support REUNION and be a blessing to others through an end of year gift.

Make a Year-end Gift to REUNION

2022 Weekly Need: $8,629.39
2022 Weekly Average: $7,896.35

As you can see, we’ve been running a deficit this year. We have been working diligently to find ways to cut costs and run as efficiently as possible, but we are still operating in the red. Fortunately, we have a contingency fund that has allowed us to weather this season. A year end gift from you will allow us to further reduce this deficit and give us a healthy start to the new year.

You can make a year end gift by going to our giving page.

Support Project Hope Boston Through Our Advent Offering.

At REUNION, we have a special offering every year where the entire offering is given away to people and organizations who are doing amazing things in our city.  This year, we are excited to announce that this year’s recipient will be Project Hope Boston.

As a community, REUNION identified five issues that we feel called to support through our generosity and Project Hope hits on a number of them including housing inequality, racial inequity, food insecurity, and educational inequality. You can learn more about Project Hope Boston by clicking here.

All donations coming into REUNION from December 18th-December 24th will be given to Project Hope.  If you want to give early, you can go to our giving page and simply change the giving type to “Advent Offering.”

As always, thank you for your generosity!
